A dog was rescued from a ledge while stranded in a Nottinghamshire quarry. The cocker spaniel, called Tina, appeared to have slipped down a bank about 30ft from the top of Bestwood Quarry in Mansfield Road, near Papplewick, on Sunday shortly after 2.30pm.
