A dog owner who was reunited with two pets after five years thanks to microchipping has backed new laws that will make implanting compulsory.Olanda Wilson, of Aspley, brought Staffordshire bull terrier Bella and rottweiler Lola back home last year after they had gone missing in August 2009.They were traced within four months of each other after the dogs were taken to vets and scanned.The £15 microchip she had arranged to be inserted will become a legal requirement by April next year...
