DanRobinson published Bid to turn closed Thoresby Colliery into enterprise zone

Thoresby Colliery could be turned into an enterprise zone under plans by Nottinghamshire County Council.It will submit a bid to the D2N2 local enterprise partnership to make four sites along the Robin Hood train line more appealing for start-up businesses.The partnership's board will consider the application, alongside other bids, at its meeting on Monday.It will then ask the government to help fund any projects it wants to take forward.The county council has also allocated sites in Mansfield,..
