A Nottinghamshire firm that manufactures aircraft parts for the likes of Rolls-Royce, Airbus and Boeing has been selected for a £1.1m Government-backed programme that could double sales and create 150 jobs.Icon Aerospace Technology Ltd, which employs more than 200 people in Retford, will be helped by Sharing in Growth (SiG) to become more competitive so it can boost sales from about £12m to £24m by 2020.The SiG programme attracts £1.1m from the Regional Growth Fund (RGF).
