A supermarket is one of the options being considered for derelict land in a key Nottingham regeneration area. The 1.5-acre plot, between Crocus Street and Meadows Way, is currently being marketed for sale or rent by commercial property agent Innes England. Nottingham City Council has earmarked the area as a priority for development within the "southern gateway", with new housing due to be built in Arkwright Walk.
