​A growing bakery has invested £1m in new machinery – creating 10 new jobs and providing a platform for national expansion.Roberts Bakery has pumped funds into its production of sandwich thins – square thin rolls – and premium speciality breads at its site in Manners Industrial Estate, Ilkeston.It already stocks products in cafés, restaurants, wholesalers and supermarkets, such as Aldi and Brakes, but hopes the major investment programme – the second wi
