Funds earmarked for key projects like the £250m Broadmarsh area redevelopment would be better off used to create jobs that will keep graduates in Nottingham, say students.That was one of the suggestions given by undergraduates at Nottingham Trent University as they investigated how to tackle the problem in the Measuring Up: Graduate retention in Nottingham event.Graduate retention was one of the key issues highlighted by last year's Great Nottingham Debate, held by the Post in partnership.
