Campaigners have pitched up at two city sites in a bid to get Nottingham City Council to open its empty buildings for the city's rough sleepers. The first camp was outside Nottingham Railway Station, in the under-reconstruction Station Street, on Christmas Eve and the campers and their 24 tents were then issued with an eviction notice.
