AN INVESTIGATION into whether an Arnold café can sell cobs and buns on the street is underway as some traders say pigeons are feeding on the bread.Café Zero, in Eagle Square, at the bottom of Front Street, insists it is within its rights to sell the cobs and has done for two and a half years.The investigation, launched by Gedling borough and Nottinghamshire county councils, will also look into food hygiene at the café and emergency vehicle access.Sue...
