BenIreland published Man 'screaming and shouting' during Old Market Square arrest

Shoppers saw a man "screaming and shouting" as police detained him in Old Market Square, in Nottingham city centre. Police were called to Debenhams, in Long Row, at 2.20pm on Thursday, January 28, and arrested a 37-year-old man on suspicion of shop theft.
