Queues, sold out presents and not knowing what to buy are the main frustrations for Christmas shoppers in Nottingham, according to new research.After polling 2,000 people in the city's streets, Nottingham Business Improvement District found that 24 per cent of people hated going shopping without a present in mind.It also found that 22.3 per cent of people dislike crowds, 11.8 per cent said it was too time-consuming, and 11.5 per cent said getting to a shop and finding their present sold out was.
