The northbound lane of the A46 remains closed this evening as a large clean-up operation continues following a crash which resulted in a fuel spillage. The busy road remains closed heading north between Newark and Saxondale after the 2.50am crash on Thursday morning, January 28. It is undergoing resurfacing work by the Highways Agency.
