The much-loved firework display at Nottingham's Riverside Festival will go ahead tonight, Saturday August 1, it has been confirmed. There were fears over the 10.30pm display at the Victoria Embankment because the owner of a houseboat has refused to move out of the way. But Nottingham City Council now seems to have come to an agreement with Richard Wing.
