Firefighters were called to a fire on the third floor of a derelict warehouse in Nottingham city centre.The iconic four-storey Great Northern Warehouse, formerly known as the James Alexander building, sits between the Broadmarsh Centre and Sneinton on wasteland behind BioCity.At around 5.15pm on Sunday night, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service was called after smoke was seen billowing from the derelict building.Three crews were sent and tackled the blaze with a 13.5-metre long ladder.Read..
