A Seattle business owner has introduced a $70,000 minimum wage by cutting his own $1m salary.Dan Price, who is the founder of US-based financial firm Gravity Payments took the unusual step of reducing his own $1m a year pay cheque so that he could pay his staff a minimum of $70,000, around £47,000 under the current exchange rate and twice the average wage in America.It all came about after the businessman read an article on happiness which explained how people who earn less than a certain.
