A campaign has been launched in Wales to raise awareness about a new law which comes into force next month banning smoking in cars.From October 1, people will be banned when children under the age of 18 are present in a bid to protect them from inhaling smoke.For those who are caught in either England or Wales, they will face a £50 on-the-spot fine but this does not include e-cigarettes.
