Police have said one person has died after a crash on the A46 this morning.Officers have arrested one person on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and have launched an appeal for witnesses.A lorry and two cars collided on the road near the Farndon roundabout at 8.30am on Friday.The road was shut in both directions between the A616 Great North Road and the B6166 Farndon Road junction for seven hours while investigations and recovery took place.Sergeant James Greely from East Midlands
