City residents are facing up to two weeks offline after problems with a major city telephone exchange.The Longbow Exchange in Bath Street, Sneinton, serves 26,080 homes and 3,065 businesses with phone and internet.The site suffered water damage on March 25 and engineers are not expecting it to be fully operational again until the end of the week.The problem isn't affecting every customer connected to the exchange, but dozens of city residents say they are frustrated over the time it's taking to.
