Serial ballot box botherer Lord Biro of the Bus Pass Elvis party has revealed his party's manifesto ahead of the local elections.Lord Biro, real name David Bishop, will be standing in the Dunkirk and Lenton ward of Nottingham City Council in the May 7 election.Policies on the Bus Pass Elvis manifesto include having better daytime television for people on benefits, stopping the closure of public toilets and bringing back tram conductors.Mr Bishop added he would also like to see brothels legalised
