A Tesco store in Worksop is among 43 in the country which will be shutting its doors.
The Raymouth Lane Tesco Express will be closing for the last time on March 15.
Across the country, a mixture of Express, Home Plus and Superstores will be closing with around 2,000 jobs being lost.
The decision to close the stores has come after two years of falling profits and sales.
