Roads minister Nichola Mallon urged to publish review of York Street project

Calls have been made for Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon to publish a review evaluating the viability of plans for the long-awaited, multi-million pound York Street Interchange project, after stating she has no plans to make it public.
