Metros back on New Year's Eve after prop installed under Gateshead flyover - council and Nexus statements

A reduced but complete Metro service will start up again on New Year's Eve following the stabilisation of the Gateshead Flyover. Talks, however, will continue into 2025 about the funding for the road's ultimate demolition
