HMRC warning issued to home workers as UK households ordered to pay back £20k

Martin Bentley, an HMRC employee, has been ordered to pay £20,000 by an employment tribunal after bringing vexatious disability discrimination proceedings when he refused to return to the office following Covid lockdown.
