Concerns Gateshead tenants 'can’t afford to run' council dehumidifiers to get rid of damp and mould

As councils across the country try to get to grips with damp and mould in social housing, one Gateshead representative claims some cannot afford to plug-in dehumidifiers to help with the problem.
