Two Ukrainian men guilty of plotting arson attacks targeting Keir Starmer

Ukrainians Roman Lavrynovych, 22, and Romanian Stanislav Carpiuc, 27, have been found guilty at the Old Bailey of plotting to damage property linked to the Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
