McKenna, Gracia, Jakirovic and Matos nominated for December award

Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna, Watford's Javi Gracia, Sergej Jakirovic of Hull City and Swansea head coach Vitor Matos are nominated for the Championship's manager of the month award for December.
