September road closures set to cause disruption across Harrow

Harrow drivers will be hit by a series of fresh road closures in September with others reopening following utility works.
Water works on Morland Avenue in Kenton are expected to finally come to an end at the end on September 11, after being set to reopen last month. It has been closed to motorists since April whilst essential water works takes place.
