Plans submitted to turn Wealdstone home into five flats weeks after previous scheme was refused

A fresh planning application has been submitted to convert a house in Wealdstone into five self-contained flats, just weeks after Harrow Council refused an earlier proposal for the site.
The latest plans for 84A Peel Road would see the existing three-bedroom semi-detached house converted into two studio flats, two one-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom flat.
The application also includes a single-storey front extension, single and two-storey rear extensions, a first-floor side extension, roof a
