Plans submitted for five flats on site next to Pizza Express in Stanmore

Plans have been submitted to Harrow Council to create five new flats at 51–53 The Broadway in Stanmore, on a site which sits next to Pizza Express and extends behind part of the Broadway shopping parade.
The application has been submitted by Palan Foundation Ltd and would see the existing ground-floor commercial space retained and extended, while the floors above are converted into homes.
