Plans submitted for 28-storey tower at Staples Corner

Plans have been submitted for a 28-storey tower at Staples Corner, which could provide accommodation for hundreds of students or people living in shared accommodation.
Developer Bugler Homes Ltd wants to redevelop land at 150 Coles Green Road and next to 51 Waterloo Road, close to Brent Cross West station.
The proposals, submitted to Brent Council in September, would see existing buildings demolished and replaced with a large residential tower, new industrial workspace and a small public park.
