Parent and baby assessment centre approved in Harrow

Plans to turn a supported accommodation property in Harrow into a specialist centre for parents and babies have been approved.
Harrow Council has granted permission for the property, on Walton Road, to change from a HMO to a Residential Family Assessment Centre.
The centre will accommodate up to three families at a time, typically a parent or carer and their baby.
