Midnight kitchen plans in Harrow Town Centre refused

Plans to turn the former Silver Rivet Jeanstore in Harrow town centre into a new food and drink venue have been refused over concerns about noise and vibration.
The well-known shop at 4 St Anns Road was a familiar name in Harrow for more than 30 years and was popular with generations of local shoppers before closing and since reopening as a fruit and veg market.
