Major 10-storey development approved in Harrow Town Centre despite objections

A major co-living development featuring 104 rooms and a building rising to 10 storeys has been approved in Harrow Town Centre.
Harrow Council’s Planning Committee backed the plans for 12–14 College Road at a meeting on Tuesday evening (6 October), despite objections from Harrow BID and an attempt by a Labour councillor to have the application refused.
