Fire breaks out at Bentley Priory Nature Reserve in Stanmore

A fire broke out at Bentley Priory Nature Reserve in Stanmore last night (Sunday, August 9) damaging an area of woodland and trees.
Residents reached out after spotting the fire, which a member of the Harrow Online community said had broken out in woodland close to the deer enclosure.
Footage appears to show members of the public attempting to keep the fire from spreading before crews from London Fire Brigade arrived at the scene.
