Crowds gather in Harrow Town Centre to watch rare solar eclipse

Crowds gathered in Harrow Town Centre this evening as a rare solar eclipse was visible across the borough.
People stopped along College Road, outside Harrow-on-the-Hill station, to catch a glimpse of the spectacle on Wednesday evening, 12 August.
Others could be seen watching from inside the station, including from the bridge overlooking the surrounding area, as the Moon passed in front of the Sun.
