why keto isn't what the media makes it out to be

Nowadays, the media is filled with different diets that claim that they can eliminate body fat, cleanse your liver or make you feel better and more energised. In some cases, this can be the case, however, most of those diets will leave you malnourished and tired and even if you do lose weight, it's expected that you'll gain it back within a short period. We've all heard of the Keto diet, but why is it so hyped up and does it actually live up to what the media claims?
