West Hall - Isabella Takla - Surbiton High School

On Saturday 24th February, residents of Byfleet, West Byfleet and Pyrford were invited to St John’s Church to view plans to develop green belt land situated to the rear of West Hall in West Byfleet. The land has been allocated for residential development in the local plan by Woking Borough Council. The company leading the project is Barratt David Wilson Homes Southern Counties. The proposed plan includes 461 new homes, 230 which will be affordable housing, and 15 travellers’ pitches.
