Save Wimbledon Park! Sophie Temple-Jones Wimbledon High School

As many Wimbledonians will be well aware of, the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) has recently purchased Wimbledon Park Golf Club, opposite the Wimbledon Tennis site. The AELTC have made plans to expand the tennis club, and develop the land across 23 acres. This will be London’s first new public park since the opening of the London Olympic Park, in 2012.
