'Positive community engagement' at Romford mosque consultation event

The Brewery shopping centre hosted a consultation event on the Havering Islamic Cultural Centre's (HICC) plans for a new mosque in South Street, Romford. The HICC told the Recorder there had been "lots of interest" in its proposal.
