Pizzeria that uses roasted crickets opens in West Hampstead

Pizza chain Zia Lucia is to replace West Hampstead restaurant Ham which closed last month due to 'soaring costs'. Opening in mid-June they will serve a new dough made from finely milled roasted crickets.
