A bit more than two years ago now, the whole world was forced into the first Covid-19 lockdown. Local shop owners on the high street were forced to shut down their stores. For some, this sudden change was temporary; Others were forced to close down permanently. All of these shops had to change rapidly, whether that meant a shift online or other remote-working methods.
