New homes plans will 'change irretrievably' Epping's 'appearance and character'

We have received various notices that Epping Forest District Council is proposing to re-develop three sites for residential purposes comprising some 270 dwellings, and two car parks in Bakers/Cottis Lanes for commercial and other purposes.
