More development close to Epping Forest likely following council decision

The decision which was pushed through by the majority group (without any support from across the chamber) at the extraordinary council meeting can only have two outcomes, a lot more development within the close environs of our very special Forest and therefore an increased need for the implementation of a Clear Air Zone (CAZ) on the proposed routes outlined within the strategy a few years down the road.
