MEP: “Path to Fluency” - Channelle Cervantes, Gumley House

The Mandarin Excellence Programme (MEP) is an intensive language programme founded in 2016 by the UCL Institution for Education, in collaboration with the British Council. Their original target was to get 5000 students on track to fluency by 2020; having exceeded this goal, the programme will now extend until 2024 and expand its participation from 79 schools to 100.
