Last visit to the library- L Alderson, Esher College

I should probably start with the question: when did you last read a book? Hopefully, the answer is recently, and the book was good. Reading provides several benefits in our lives whether you prefer fiction or nonfiction. It significantly helps improve mental health- offering an outlet of escape. Academically, it can expand your vocabulary and improve your memory. Personally, my favourite positive of reading is a break from screens and social media, without feeling completely bored.
