Hendon GP Dr Azim and Partners could be shut down

Dr Azim and Partners in Elliot Road, Hendon, was rated as ‘inadequate’ by Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspectors in 2022. Now the latest ungraded inspection has found that “the vast majority but not all of the concerns” had been addressed but warned it could be shut down if it does not improve further.
