Since the first lockdown was issued in early spring in 2020, workers have found themselves working stay at home jobs, even after the pandemic restrictions have been lifted. Many companies have continued to only open their offices to employees on certain days or a certain ratio of office hours to home hours and hybrid working which overall, has led to an increase of the population working from home.
