Harrow and Barnet MPs react to Ulez expansion court case loss

Chipping Barnet MP Theresa Villiers and Harrow East MP Bob Blackman have urged people to vote out London's mayor after a group of councils lost a legal bid to halt his expansion of the capital's ultra low emission zone.
