Gallows Corner refurb moves closer but criticised by Romford MP

Transport for London’s (TfL) plan to refurbish the Gallows Corner flyover is a step closer to reality - but it has been dubbed “a sticking plaster solution” by Romford MP Andrew Rosindell.
