Feltham Convening Project - Immanuel Rajiv, Reach Academy

The Feltham Convening Project aims to bring together a wide range of organisations and individuals who influence or work with young people in Feltham. The project is trying to change the conditions around children and young people that affect their outcomes. Academic outcomes are impacted by other domains, such as health and wellbeing, social networks, and being safe and well supported. recently spoke to Victoria Hirst about the scope of the project.
